I am extremely impressed with the SAFE membership. Not only are you all masters of flight instruction and education, but some of you are very good writers.
I put out a blast email to the membership as we were putting this issue together, and the response was gratifying, to say the least. No fewer than 30 SAFE members answered, and many had material ready to go, or close to completion. My only regret is that there isn’t really enough space for all the writers’ work to fit in this one issue.
The good news is that we have a lot to choose from for the next one. But don’t let that deter you from jotting down what you may want to share with the membership. It needn’t be polished; in fact, most often the best way to say something in print is to write it the way you would tell someone in person – without the hand-flying, however.
So if you have anything you’d like to share for the Fall issue coming up, please feel free to contact me. I am available for consultation on how best to get your thoughts organized into words.
And thanks, again, to all who stepped up this time around. If you don’t see your material here in the summer issue, it won’t be too far behind.
Cheers:
